Reneilwe joined Harith in December 2017. Prior to this, she worked as an investment associate at the National Empowerment Fund in their Turnarounds, Workouts and Restructuring Unit, tasked with managing and rehabilitating distressed portfolios. Previously, she was an Audit Manager within the Financial Services Team (FIST) at Deloitte where she planned and managed audits across the retail banking, asset-backed lending and investment management sectors.
