Our shareholders

Harith is owned by Harith Holdings (Pty) Ltd and the Public Investment Corporation, Africa’s largest asset manager with close to US$300 billion in total assets under management.

Our partnerships

The partnerships we cultivate are vital to the success of the mega infrastructure projects we undertake, and ultimately, the development and prosperity of the African continent. We’ve joined forces with a select group of trusted partners including:

ARMHIF Nigeria

We’ve partnered with Asset and Resource Management (ARM) Company Ltd, a leading Nigerian financial services firm that currently manages over US$2.7 billion of assets, to form the $250 million ARM-Harith Infrastructure Fund (ARMHIF), which invests in crucial infrastructure projects across West Africa.

Established in 1994 as an asset management firm, ARM has since evolved into one of Nigeria’s most innovative and respected non-bank financial institutions with a focus on traditional asset management and specialised funds.

INO Capital Namibia

In partnership with Namibian-based INO Capital, we have formed the Namibia Infrastructure Fund (NIF). A dedicated Namibia-focused infrastructure fund, it was championed by the Government Institution Pension Fund (GIPF) of Namibia, who made the initial investment of N$280 million.

The fund will be managed by INO Harith, a joint venture between Harith and INO Capital based in Namibia.

The fund invests in commercially viable infrastructure projects in Namibia and focuses on the following sectors: energy, ICT, transport and logistics, health, municipal services, water and sanitation.
