Sipho joined Harith in 2007 as an investment manager. He was later promoted to head of the Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund (PAIDF 1) before transitioning to the role of MD: Investments, taking charge of the entire investment portfolio. Sipho was appointed as CEO in September 2020, to lead a new chapter of the Group as it expands its footprint in Africa. This is subsequent to Tshepo stepping down as CEO to focus on the growth initiatives of the Group. He is a seasoned investment professional with proven industry leadership across the African continent at companies such as Coronation Capital, AMB and Investec. Throughout his private equity career, Sipho has invested in and grown businesses in major economic cities including Lagos (Nigeria), Accra (Ghana) and Nairobi (Kenya), in Abidjan (Cote I’voire)
