Thenjiwe joined Harith in September 2007 after a successful career as head of the Public Investment Thenjiwe joined Harith in September 2007. She became one of the Fund Raising Executives for the (PAIDF) Facilitation Trust in 2006 after a successful career as Head of the Public Investment Corporation (PICs) Fund of Funds Unit in 2004 and 2005. During that period she invested over ZAR2 billion in Black-Owned Private Equity Funds. She was instrumental in capital raising of both Funds managed by Harith, the (PAIDF 1) and (PAIDF 2), as well as the establishment of the Namibian Infrastructure Fund. She started her career in Banking and Finance. She is a proud graduate of the National Treasury’s Asset and Liability Division where she was responsible for the restructuring of State Owned Enterprises in the Telecoms and Energy sectors.
